Before you start reading I just wanted to take a moment to fill you in on a few things you should know. If you purchased and are reading “Back From the Looking Glass/ 13 Steps to a Peaceful Home”. It is important you understand that all of the steps in it may not apply to you.
We have to be sure to give adequate advice to people who may be experiencing physical abuse in their relationship, so some of the first steps in “Back from the Looking Glass” will discuss this.
You may not be experiencing physical abuse in your home and if you’re not, I realize talking to the police may not be appropriate.
Please understand that even if you have no reason to contact the police, the other steps in that book are very powerful.
Please do not think that talking to the police is the only thing that will create change in your marriage.
It is important you don’t underestimate the other steps, because I know the results from some of these may surprise you.
I say this because we have received hundreds of testimonials to verify this.
I sometimes also receive emails from people who decide these steps won’t work and so never give them a try.
That really troubles me.
The steps are simple but I know they are not easy. I also know things will begin changing for you if you work at implementing them.
Get ready for some big changes.
There will be lots for you to do, but I have a hunch that in future you will remember this time as being the biggest turning point in your life.
Since I took the steps I share in Back From the Looking Glass, everything in my life has changed for the better 🙂

I must admit I am very tired of this life and need a change but I am nervous.
I really hope that the things you teach in your book work for me because, i’m just about done with my Narc/Monster. This is my final attempt to rectify my situation/relationship. The lies, deceit, cheating, and overall betrayal is unbearable. I even had a child by this f*@#ing creature. It has been pure HELL because she is a covert Narc ( in my opinion, the worst type).
Hi Eli. Yes the covert narcs ARE worst. They look so normal and easy going…mine is not the outgoing charmer, but he appears shy and controlled in public. At home, he is the poster boy for stonewalling, countering, blame-shifting and worst of all, the Silent Treatment. I am lonely and disconnected. But I am already doing better from just a few days studying the things on this website. Good luck!
I wonder if a counterdependant is a lighter version of a Narcissist?
I don’t understand all this. Seems unbearable
